Ordering
We accept payment installment options online:
Afterpay, Sezzle, Affirm, Klarna, Zip, Shop Pay Installments and Paypal Installments
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Due to the hygiene nature and high demand of our products, all sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds. All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted for sale or clearance items.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
During a Silk Sovereign Sale or major restock i.e (black friday, cyber monday etc), processing times can take 5-10 business days, and shipping time Is 1-4 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. Silk Sovereign Hair does not cover any tariffs or custom fees.
Silk Sovereign Hair isn't responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS.
Silk Sovereign Hair does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.
Silk Sovereign Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office. If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Silk Sovereign Hair you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
RETURNS
We offer store credit refunds only, no exchanges. There is a 10% nonrefundable fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees. Our return policy lasts 48hrs. Once you receive your order, you have 48hrs to decide if you would like to keep it or return it for any reason. Items must be mailed back within 48hrs after receiving. We do not do refunds on presale or specialty/ custom orders.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Curly hair cannot be picked through if you plan to return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds. All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35. Shipping cost and Route Insurance cost are non refundable
Please understand that products that have been used (wefts cut, lace plucked, lace cut, lace customized, lace bleached, hair dyed, etc) will not be accepted.
NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
At Silk Sovereign Hair, each order is prepared with care and intention, from selecting your bundles to prepping, labeling, and packaging your extensions for shipping. Because of that, we do not allow cancellations once an order has entered processing. You may request to cancel or make changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that window, your order is automatically queued for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or altered.
Please note:
• Cancellations requested after 24 hours are not eligible for refunds.
• In select cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
• Orders that have begun processing or are in "ready to ship" status are considered final sale.
